ABOUT THE POSITION

Job Summary:

The Admin Intern provides administrative and clerical support to the HR and Administration team. This role is ideal for a student or fresh graduate who wants hands-on experience in office operations, documentation, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations
Support HR and Admin in organizing files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
Help monitor attendance, time-in records, and OT documentation
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and internal communications
Coordinate office supplies inventory and assist with requisitions
Provide support in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Assist in onboarding-related administrative requirements (forms, IDs, etc.)
Handle basic inquiries and redirect concerns to the appropriate person
Support company events, meetings, and other administrative activities
Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Currently enrolled or graduating from a Bachelor’s degree program related to Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
Willing to render the required internship hours (if applicable)
Basic knowledge of office administration and clerical tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
Professional attitude with a positive work ethic
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Must have their own working laptop for OJT/internship use
