Job Summary:
The Sales Accounts role is responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and supporting business growth. This position requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage incoming client inquiries while coordinating effectively with internal creative teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in converting leads into long-term client partnerships while ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming clients, responding promptly to inquiries and requests

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate creative and business solutions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Sales and Business Development:

Actively handle, assess, and qualify incoming leads and client inquiries

Convert inquiries into confirmed projects, sales, and long-term accounts

Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients to support business growth

Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related materials

Collaborate closely with accounts and creative teams to meet sales targets and business goals
Project Coordination:

Coordinate project requirements, timelines, and deliverables between clients and internal teams

Ensure projects are executed efficiently, smoothly, and within agreed timelines

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Administrative and Accounts Support:

Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications, contracts, and project details

Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and basic budget tracking

Ensure all client and project documentation is complete, updated, and properly organized
Market Research and Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies, client engagement, and service offerings

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any bachelor’s degree

Fresh Graduates might be considered.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, client servicing, or business development (experience in creative, multimedia, or agency environments is an advantage)
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert leads and inquiries into confirmed projects and long-term accounts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal creative and operational teams
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other sales tracking tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand market trends and client needs
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to meet clients, attend presentations, and support sales-related activities as needed
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment
- Takes initiative — doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Outgoing and confident when dealing with clients and team members
- Can consistently update the team and supervisor on project status
